Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to, with no minimum purchase. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second one with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes 10–14 business days from dispatch. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are the most accurate figure for your address, and they are estimates, not guarantees: customs, carrier delays and public holidays can extend them.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to start updating.

Customs and Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are set by your local authorities, are not collected by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, email us at support@miralisse.com and we'll trace it with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly, and packages returned to us for that reason may incur a reshipping cost.
