At Miralisse, we take pride in producing our creatine in small, controlled batches. Every tub is third-party lab-tested before it ships, so you can feel confident in what arrives. If something isn't right, here's how returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacements work.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind Miralisse with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Give it a fair try with daily use, and if you don't feel a difference in your energy, strength and clarity, email us at support@miralisse.com within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of your first order, even if the tub has been opened. You don't need to send it back. This guarantee applies to your first order purchased directly from miralisse.com. The terms below cover additional units, repeat orders, damaged or missing items, and cancellations.
1. Defective or Damaged Items
If your supplement arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days of delivery at support@miralisse.com.
- Include photos or videos showing the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
- Once confirmed, we'll arrange at no cost to you a free replacement shipment, or a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee for Unopened Items
We accept returns for products that remain sealed and unopened within 60 days of delivery.
- If you ordered multiple tubs, unopened ones are eligible for a full refund.
- Items must be in their original packaging and condition, with proof of purchase included.
3. Dissatisfaction with a Product (Used Items)
We understand that supplements work differently for everyone, and not every product suits every person. Since our products are ingestible, any opened or used tubs are not eligible for a refund.
Our team will still do our best to help. If you'd like to talk through the ingredients or how to get the most out of it, reach out and we'll work it out with you. Your feedback also matters — it helps us refine the product over time.
4. Exclusions
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- Items returned after the stated return period.
- Opened products when multiple tubs were purchased.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage (heat, moisture, etc.), or customer negligence.
Cancellation and Amendment
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@miralisse.com.
Once an order hits our system, it can't be edited. Our warehouse runs an automated process and it's rare they can stop a shipment once your details are queued. We will try, but please don't assume it can be reversed. If it's too late to cancel, you'll need to follow our Returns process.
Return Policy
When returning a Miralisse product:
- Request a return first at support@miralisse.com. Items sent back without approval won't be accepted.
- Once approved, we'll provide the return address and instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or defect.
- Please share the tracking number once shipped so we can monitor the return.
Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Allow 7–10 business days (depending on your bank) after we receive and process the return.
Important:
- We can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- If more than 15 business days pass after your return is marked as delivered and you haven't heard from us, email us.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
Replacement
We'll send a replacement free of charge if your supplement arrived damaged or defective, or items were missing from your order.
Not eligible for replacement:
- Products damaged by customers.
- Discarded products (we require photos or videos to validate claims).
If the issue is reported within 60 days of delivery and verified, we'll ship out a replacement. You don't need to return the defective item.
Refund Policy
The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund. Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, which causes delays while the carrier tries to resolve it.
Your order does not arrive due to factors not in our control, such as:
- Weather Conditions: natural disasters, storms, or severe weather that disrupt transportation.
- Customs Clearance: international shipments delayed by customs processing, inspections, or documentation.
- Carrier Issues: technical problems, transportation breakdowns, or operational challenges on the carrier's side.
- Public Holidays: national or regional holidays that impact shipping schedules.
- Global Events: pandemics, strikes, or geopolitical events disrupting supply chains.
- Peak Seasons: high-demand periods that overload shipping systems.
- Unexpected Events: accidents, road closures, or other unforeseen disruptions.
- Carrier Strikes: labour action by shipping company employees.
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (30 days from shipment) has expired. Email support@miralisse.com.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. This applies to customers who no longer want the items and choose to initiate a return. Damage caused by the customer is not refundable.
Note: Our support team will ask for documents such as photos or videos to properly assess any request.
Subscription Policy — Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
You can cancel your Miralisse subscription anytime via the Manage Subscription page on the website (also linked in any subscription email), or by emailing support@miralisse.com before your next billing date.
- Once an order has processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned unopened under our 60-day policy.
- Subscription fees already processed are non-refundable. Once you cancel, no further charges will apply.
